100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Challenge today was to pick an eyeshadow combo that I almost never wear and a super nude lip.  I almost removed all of it but then it ended up being a lightbulb 💡 moment of why didn’t I think of this combo before.  I used my new creme lip shade Blankety by a MAC with my Clarins lipliner that I have no idea where it came from as I’ve never bought anything from that brand.  Could be my daughter’s liner - oh well she always borrows without returning so I’m keeping it. 🤫

@2manyperfumes That icy blue is perfect! It’s great to have a go to nude lip combo. I think mine is a MAC creme as well - you really can’t beat the sheer volume of shades available!

That is such a fantastic nude!   Is that your mlbb shade?  And bahahahaha, the tables have turned!!!  Boy would it be nice to have a daughter to steal makeup from! 😄 @2manyperfumes

She owes me for always using up my veil translucent powder.  I’m on my second one and it’s expensive.  I can’t figure out what mlbb is short for 😂

MLBB is "my lips but better." (Excuse me for jumping in here.) This MAC Blankety is a gorgeous nude shade on you!

Lol thank you I couldn’t figure out what it stood for 🤔 I’m really liking the MAC amplified cremes.  So comfortable and non-drying.  Thank you I don’t think I have any nude that was as light as Blankety.

 Yeah, so ‘my lips but better’ describes a shade that matches your lip color but evens the color out, just as the perfect foundation does for your skin;)

Revlon Electric Shock in Ruby Flash

Application was waaayyy better than yesterday's teal, smooth, one coat coverage. I expect great things from this one!

You’re looking especially brighht eyed and bushy tailed today!    Well, no can see the tail but you do have something extra going on today!  I love that lipstick!  Revlon eh?  They are hit and miss for me but that’s a clear hit! @RGbrown  I like their ultra HD lipsticks.

The tail was indeed extra bushy today 😂 It's amazing what bothering with brows and mascara can do for a quick look! 

I picked up the classic Cherries in the Snow not too terribly long ago, and I've been looking at Revlon more and more now. These Electric Shock ones are awesome (minus the teal, sadly). I'll have to check out the Ultra HD ones!

Aha!  Yeah that would do it!   I had to actually pluck my brows today (yesterday now I suppose) cause it had been over a month and things were getting a little bit wild.  

Hehe, it’s nice to fluff up the tail and flash it around 😜.  I have to check out some more Revlon myself.  They’ve been doing really well in the lipstick department.  I may have to investigate some of their other products.  For science.   @RGbrown
