100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

✅👍❤️ Very pretty on you it has enough mauve to give it colour.  All gloss is sticky haaaa especially when it’s windy.  I think sticky means when you try to talk it doesn’t suction/stick your lips together and cause those stringy bits.  I had one gloss that did that and I wore it to work.  A customer asked me something and when I spoke my gloss made a smacking noise while I tried to unstick my upper and lower lips.  That was done and thrown out 😬

I was wearing Charlotte Tilbury’s liquid lipstick in Show Girl the other day. Their website describes it as a “warm deep berry shade” but I find that it looks more like a dark nude on me. It is by far my most drying liquid lipstick tho. Really love the colour, but I have to be mindful of applying lip balm after I remove the colour at the end of the night

Beautiful nude on you.  You are right not as dark.  Very flattering.  It’s that perfect shade of mid-tone mauve.   I haven’t tried any CT products.  I’m tempted to try her powder or foundation.  My daughter has pillow talk and she loves it.

@2manyperfumes  You should! I haven’t tried her foundation or powder, but I have one of her Cheek-to-Chic blushes and a couple of her lipsticks and I absolutely adore them! 

Glad to hear your daughter enjoys pillowtalk. I was considering that one next 😉

Pillow talk is her favourite @Guessgal @I’m trying to use my points to try out the line but next time I’m in Sephora I’m going to try that powder that is getting good reviews

A couple different thoughts as I put this one this morning: 1) WOW what a beauty, can’t believe I don’t wear this more often, 2) This is definitely one of my rediscovered favorites as a result of this challenge, 3) I think I may have said that about 50% of the ones I wore so far. 😅

But seriously, this baby is a beauty!!!
