100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

@2manyperfumes  The tube colour vs on your lips is so different. I totally would wear how it looks on you but I think the tube would scare me!!

Part of my melt cosmetics haul are yes more lipsticks of course and I started with their classic, campy red 6six6 bullet lipstick. I did lightly blot it and add some pink sparkle highlights to it with my MAC dazzle pink

This one really hit it home for me in that I really should stop buying lipsticks (again) 😋

It's a gorgeous color. Stunning. Except it's almost an exact dupe for favorite-of-all-time lippie, PMG Exxotica. And I prefer PMG's creamier formula, so this is headed straight for the declutter pile. Don't get me wrong, this is nice; it applies smoothly without patchiness (which can be a feat for darker, purplish shades like this), and wears pretty well, but it's a touch drier than I like. It's not for me, but would be great for those than lean towards more matte lippies.
