100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

55. Haus Le Riot Gloss in entranced over Haus Rip liner. I love the sparkle in the gloss. Doesn’t show well in this dim Winter light.

So far I love the lip pencils and gloss, they work great together and have good staying power. Haven’t tried any of their dry or wet eyeshadows or the creme lipstick. I don’t think I’ll be able to resist getting the sparkle red lipstick. I mean, it’s red. @2manyperfumes

Work from home day (hence, the nerdy Russian literature shirt...), and I was going through my latest lipstick purchases to see what I haven't tried yet. Here's MAC Matte Lip Mousse in Stone's Throw from the MAC x Pony Park collaboration. And yikes--my lips are a little dryer than normal due to weather, and this applied all patchy and clung to all the dry spots. I tried to smooth it out with a little lip balm. Otherwise, the formula is a neat, lightweight mousse texture. I do like the color.
