100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Tom Ford Lip color shine in Willful.  This may not be a gloss but it feels like a really, really pigmented balm. Kinda sheer but enough color. Enough so  that I think I am loving this way better than Lancome's Chiara Ferragni L'Absolu lacquer in Sweet Mom. That one is way brighter but patchy in pigment. 

I also love that I got this on National Lipstick day for $5 bucks by buying a MAC lippie at a CCS outlet. Pic attached.Free Tom Ford with estee lauder mini bag. Pretty big for a small bag, like a tardis

Yeah, it grabbed my attention when I walked by. Im gonna see what other pastel colors that are flattering on my skin tone and eventually get all of them 🙂 @Girly2Shoes

I was curious about how many red shaded lipsticks I have.  I had a bit more time this morning to dig them all up and then started to try them one by one.  Well what I thought was a small collection was not true.  Delusional is what I am.  One or two were horrible.  Trashed one, the other is fine as a stained down version of itself.  Then I check my NLD orders and it seems this collection will grow shortly.  🤪 I’m surprised at myself, I could do this for a living.  Sit me down and hand me a hundred or so shades to test each one.  Sooooo the Loreal Roseblood Infallible was yuck 🤢 very fallible and does not come off without an oil makeup remover.  Siren by Goddess (gift) is going bad so I tossed it. Some were more work to apply than others.  Death cherry was quickly swatched and removed before my lips turned to cement.  Some I had forgotten how pretty they were.  I was torn between the reddish brown shades so if they leaned more brown I left them out.  I included the cooler berry reds.

Love these, @2manyperfumes . I have those three MAC lipsticks, plus others. D-For Danger is a nice MAC red you should try. Viva Glam has a nice red also.
