100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Thanks @2manyperfumes ! I feel much better today. I can finally hold down food, hooray! 😂 I was starving after a steady diet of saltines, water, and electrolytes. This isn’t the worst case of food poisoning I’ve had, and it’s kinda sad that I can say I’ve had it worse before. (That worst case sent me to the hospital.) When things like this happen to me, I always tell myself “it could be worse: I could also have a migraine right now.” I’ll take food poisoning over one of my migraines any day. 

That worst case hospital visit is funny when I look back on it. I was so deliriously sick, I told the doctor and nurses “look, if you need to knock me out, cut my stomach out, scrub it with bleach, and then sew it back in me, go ahead and do it, I give you permission!” 😂 It wasn’t funny at the time, but now it’s hilarious.

MAC Silly is a milky hot pink.  I love pinks like this and feel as though a good chunk of my lipstick collection falls somewhere near this shade

Day 71: Guerlain Kiss Kiss Le Rouge in 365 Pink Romance. Sale purchase that actually works! Gorgeous light pink with slight shimmer. Name describes it perfectly as I thought immediately when I put it on that it was a romantic lipstick, and pink to boot 🙂

What a disappointment! Grabbed another sale purchase to try as I want to get into Lancôme more, sadly this happened on my FIRST swipe! This has never happened before. It’s been sitting in my room out of the sun but still in the box since it’s been shipped. Even touching the bullet it felt creamy and it came off on my fingers. And I don’t think I applied too much pressure either- I think just my normal amount but I am doubtful in nature so I could think maybe I did go too hard but I don’t think I did at least. I’ll go crazy trying to persuade myself which is right or wrong lol. I will be calling Sephora to see if I can get a replacement and hope it’s just a bad one out of the stock. Will be posting my actual daily lippie in a bit. Lancôme Rouge Drama Matte in 274 Sensualite, one of their newest to come out. Color looked like it was going to be pretty too!

Aw that sucks @SnugglePuggle94 !I find Lancôme’s really soft even when stored in a cool place. I’m addicted to Nuit & Jour and it always sorta ends up a little extra off center even though I baby it.
