100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Day 85. Beauty by Popsugar Be the Boss Lip Gloss in Time After Time. I always enjoy a pinkish nude lip gloss. There are better ones out there, Bare Minerals Gen Nude in Dahling is similar and wears very well. I'll be wearing that one more if I ever get through this challenge. I'm down to 5 or so aside from samples in blister packs which are messy and I want to avoid. I know I have a few more that I misplaced (Besame Dwarves set, all but 2 of them).

Day 41: ColourPop x Kathleenlights Ultra Satin Lip in Dreamy. A bit disappointed as it’s described as a “peachy pink” but this has way more orange in it than I was expecting. This seems to be more like a nude coral with burnt orange in it to me. A little bit more drying than the other satin lips I’ve tried but it’s not crazy. Color is still pretty but I’m a bit upset as well so I’m on the fence with this one 😕

@SnugglePuggle94, I think the color is pretty, but I see what you mean, it does look pretty drying in your closeup.  I bet you have nice peach colors in your collection already that you can wear instead.

@curlychiquita It's a liquid lip so all of them look matte even if they are a satin finish but I think just about any lipstick will show your lines when you're not smiling like in my last picture. It doesn't feel crazy drying, it's still comfortable but I have another CP satin lip that is a bit more satin I would say. 

And actually I don't have many peachy lips though and I was hoping this one would be as it was described but alas it's not 😞

@SnugglePuggle94  It doesn't look that coral in the photos, so I'm not sure how to judge it.  But I CAN tell you the last photo is stunning.  Perfect angle to show the cupid's bow of your lips and it looks so pretty here.

This one was a liquid lipstick and I was working extra hard to make sure I wouldn't mess up on it lol I don't usually cover my upper lip that much so I'm not used to it- like I lined at the very top of my lip so I'm not sure if I overdid it or not because it looks so much different than usual haha

Anastasia Beverly Hills Smudge-Proof Matte Liquid Lipstick Heathers

This formula is a classic favorite of mine, pigmented and not too drying,... And Heathers is the most gorgeous reddish burgundy brown perfect for fall/winter. I really don’t wear this shade as often as I should, it goes with so many colors but I tend to fall back on a matchy-matchy look when it comes to fashion and makeup LOL My goal for 2019 (other than using all of my lip products) is to mix it up a little more! 🙂ABH Liquid Lipstick in Heathers

I totally understand @JessLess. There have been a couple posters who only posted pictures of their lips and not their face. I know some people simply don't post photos of themselves at all. No pressure. Do what's best for your comfort level

Day 31 BITE BEAUTY - Crystal Crème Shimmer Lip Crayon shade sugar flower, so far my favorite of the 3 I've bought so far, I love it by itself but I topped it withHUDA BEAUTY - Lip Strobe in the shade ritzy
