100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

I threw on Bite matte creme lip crayon in Glacé this morning. Definitely darker and more brown than I expected, but it works for fall.

Day 4 & 5 : MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick - Slow Burn 246 and MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick  So Rouge 240. Weather being all gloomy and my indoor lightings aren’t good enough so it wasn’t easy to take a good picture yesterday as well as today. 

However much I love terracotta/ Orange toned reds but it is a fact that blue toned reds look better on my skin tone.

These both look great on you @fatimamummy  I've always wanted to try Marc Jacobs le crème and finally got a sample of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.  It seems like that color looks amazing on everyone.  Slow Burn looks great swatched but not good on me.

Got my hands on a Shiseido Visionary Gel. This is Firecracker, ombréd at the corners with MAC matte in Diva because wow is Firecracker bright on me. This photo doesn’t do it justice. 

The sloth says “let’s hang and read”

I bought this at Macy’s. The salesperson accidentally gave me the wrong shade, which I didn’t notice til I got home and unwrapped my goodies. Rather than return it, I tried it on. Glad I gave it a chance.

I need to repeat Firecracker soon, just to get used to the formula. I like it. It’s just... different. Or you know, I could go buy a second one—perhaps the shade I actually wanted (Sleeping Dragon), or I might try Volcanic to see if it’s truly orange or more of a coral on me. Hmm.
