100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

A'right, I really need to join in here! Even on days where I'm not wearing anything else, I really should slap a lipstick on 💋

Today's selection is Buxom Va Va Plump in Wine Me, and has lasted surprisingly well, even through some impromptu sweaty backyard labor. Not sure where or when I picked up this mini, but if I were allowing myself to buy more lipsticks, this would definitely be on the list 😅

Welcome @RGbrown. It's kind of amazing how just a little bit of color on your lips can make you feel better. I also am in the same boat of forgetting I have lipstick on and smearing it all over my face. Thankfully, I work at a place with a lot of mirrors, so I usually catch it pretty quickly.

Good to see you joining in. This color looks lovely on you though it's strange not to see the colorful eye makeup. However, I'm a big fan of throwing on lipstick without doing any other makeup because takes zero effort and makes me look better and feel more confident.

My biggest problem with wearing just lipstick is that I tend to forget I have it on (unless it's an uncomfortably dry formula, which I try and avoid) and wind up catching a glimpse of giant clown lips in the mirror at some point because I've been absentmindedly rubbing my lips together like it was lip balm 🤣🤣🤣🤣
