100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Day 5: Urban Decay Matte Revolution in Tilt

It was melt-your-face-off-hot in Boston today, so I wore a fiery reddish orange. This is the old formula of Urban Decay, which I actually really like. It's not too drying for a matte.

Aug 5: Tom Ford Marissa. It is not the best TF formula but this peachy nude doesn’t wash me out or making me look dead. 

Aug 6: Bite WinterBerry. It is so gorgeous. Does anyone remember this?

Oh wow, winterberry is a really pretty color. I'm sad that Bite discontinued their high pigment pencils. I really liked a lot of the colors in the line.

Anyway, I was feeling a little kooky with my outfit, so I went low-key on my lipstick. This is a peachy tan nude that doesn't totally wash me out.

Just curious, I have ColourPop Lippie Stix too and have issues with the product sliding all around my face. It never stays where I put it. Do you have this problem as well and/or did you find a fix? 🙂 @snoflakefaerie

I haven't tried a lip primer yet, but I have definitely been considering it! Glad to know they actually do help. I'll have to get one for sure now! 😊 @snoflakefaerie

@SchylarR I don’t recall having issues with the lipping stix doing that for me, but to be honest, I don’t wear them often. I will pay attention to it during this challenge. Have you tried using a lip primer? I find those usually help to keep them from bleeding or moving off your lips.
