Tarte Knockout or DE Babyfacial ??

I have pretty much always had acne and I am on a mission to get my skin whipped back into shape in the next month, i'm getting there but slower than i had hoped. I already use the DE day C-Firma serum and night Glycolic serum, along with a slew of other skin care (10 step Korean + 7 skin method) and I am wanting to add a little extra kick to my regimen. My questions are: have any of you tried either of these for skin clearing purposes? Is either more effective than the other? Is the DE Babyfacial worth the money when Tarte Knockout is an option?

Re: Tarte Knockout or DE Babyfacial ??

I have and use both of these products as well although I have three different toners I rotate based on need. Tarte's Knockout treatment toner is the brand's first truly impressive skincare product, in my opinion. I'm a dedicated Drunk Elephant fan and Sukari Baby Facial would make a worthy addition, however, I would seriously like to offer another product to your consideration: Herbivore Blue Tansy AHA + BHA  Resurfacing Clarity Mask. It's a powerful comparison to Baby Facial with the added benefit of the Blue Tansy oil which is a strong anti-inflammatory that reduces redness. With the initial use instructions, you stand to see quicker results. Check out the details on the website and read some of the customer reviews. You could get the Tarte Knockout and Herbivore Blue Tansy mask for just about the same  price as DE Baby Facial. Hope that helps!

I think @Kim888 has given you some great advice, but I would say if you are using and liking the DE Glycolic serum everyday you might prefer the Baby Facial as a weekly intensive treatment @Rosegold47

Re: Tarte Knockout or DE Babyfacial ??

I use (and like) both of them. I don't really use them for the same purpose though so I feel like I can't really say you only need 1.

If you are really looking for an everyday or every other day treatment to incorporate into your routine the Tarte Knockout has Salicylic Acid which is of course going to be good for acne and that's something I personally use in my routine like every other day to help with sebum build up and such ( I have dry skin and this does dry me out so i rotate it in and out of my routine and only use it on areas where i'm acne prone).

The Babyfacial I look at as more of an extra boost resurfacing mask more for evening skin tone and texture than acne. Although I do feel like it helps keep my skin clear - I use it every like  2 weeks I would say.

For your purposes if you can only get one it sounds like the Tarte Knockout will be better. If you were telling me I had to choose between them I would pick the babyfacial -  I just feel like it's become an important part of my routine and I know I can rely on it for a quick boost when my skin is acting up.
