Sephora \"in process\" package

is anyone else having issues with their package? I placed my order nov 12, and today is nov 21st? It's say my order is "in progress" like wtf ???? I never had this problem and I'm getting really frustrated!!!!!

Yup, lots of people have been posting about the delayed shipments around the sale. You can try contacting customer service to see if they can give you a better idea of when your items will ship, but it looks like a lot of people are basically being told to wait a few more days.
