Im unsure where to go in my skincare journey

IMG_9352.jpeg

IMG_0217.jpeg

โ€ƒThe first picture is my before skincare about 2 months ago and my second is a picture i took today. Ive noticed mostly less breakouts and my skin feels smoother but still uneven . I am still struggling with dirt on my nose even using an oil cleanser. I feel sorta stuck with my skin being uneven. My steps are Imfrom Rice toner/Haylead , Corsx black head liquid, Vitamin C dark spot corrector, Corsx snail musicin, and Corsx all in one cream and a sunscreen during day. I feel stuck in my journey and any advice would be really nice!!!!

Re: Im unsure where to go in my skincare journey

@EuropaJ You are fully into k-beauty! I love COSRXโ€™s products.

Retinol is option that targets unevenness. I just finished a tube of COSRXโ€™s The Retinol 0.1 serum and it worked well with my sensitive skin.

Re: Im unsure where to go in my skincare journey

Wow @EuropaJ you can totally see the difference in your skin.  You second pic is less red and your skin is glowing and brightโœจ๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜ I am so happy to see you are using a daily spf too! Awesome!

I think your routine has everything you need but what is it you feel might be missing?

Re: Im unsure where to go in my skincare journey

Thank you! I really am unsure what i feel like im missing because i dont know what is out there. I guess i was curious if there was a product that would help continue to keep my nose completely clear. Sorry i am really new to skin care so I feel like im just asking for a lead or any idea if it looks like my skin could be helped by something certain

That makes sense @EuropaJ  I think I would caution  to go slow with any new skin care.  Try not to add more than 1 new item at a time. Give your skin time to adjust to new product's and remember it can take weeks to see results.

When using actives ( active ingredients like AHA's,  BHA's,  Retinols, Acids etc.. remember less can be more. And keep up with your sunscreen. Ingredients in toners and actives can make your skin more susceptible to UV damage.) So for actives a few times a week is excellent, or less.  You just have to listen to your skin.

I think when we first see our skin care working and helping our skin it gets exciting.  I'm so thrilled for you ๐Ÿ˜„

That all being said,  your looking for something to help remove blackheads?

I think even with a great routine your skin will still have its moments. I feel like my routine is solid but I still get the odd breakout etc ๐Ÿ˜‰

Black Heads tend to disappear when we use products with Salicylic Acid( BHA). And it can take weeks for some people to see results. It's this ingredient in your toner or in any of your other skincare?
