Hormonal jawline acne

Hi! I’ve been researching Korean skin care for a while but haven’t found any products I feel are right for MY SKIN TYPE(Very sensitive yet oily everywhere but my Tzone). I also don’t fully understand the steps of all the products. I would love an affordable yet awesome daily face wash, toner or emulsion(don’t understand the difference), and products with vitamins c, hyaluronic acid, niacinimade, mugwort, and any other things that would be good like a peptide? I just need help with my entire routine lol. PLEASE HELP
