Great dupe for the Fresh Deep Rose Hydration Toner.

Hey guys!!! So glad there is a k-beauty community here on Sephora. If you’re looking for a great toner that has pretty much better ingredients than Fresh deep hydration toner and is more friendlier on the price point, I highly recommend checking out this brand called NACIFIC. Their real floral toner is amazing and I really recommend it for people who just really bring back that moisture into their skin! It has a PH lvl of 5.
