Dry skin

I have very dry skin til the point it start a dry patch. please help I was wondering what will help I’m also dealing with black heads and acne. Any products that’ll help? #skin

I love la roche posay products as well as the cerave foaming acne cleanser. The toleraine cream is sooooo moisturizing and it doesn’t really clog pores.
