I have oily skin and love it and my friend who uses it as well has dry skin and loves it too. I feel like it's the perfect tinted moisturizer that gives me hint of coverage and keeps my face moisturized without making me oily. As for color matching, I suggest going in store and doings some swatches to make sure that you can find a shade that works for you. Best of luck!
