I have combination skin, because of the weather it’s quite dry now, i’m also getting acne and some red spots, please feel free to recommend any Korean products that you think will work best for my skin

Try not to use anything that damages your skin barrier because it looks like your skin probably got damaged from being dry. Use a sunscreen and a moisturizer. You can try the inisfree sunscreen it’s very moisturizing too. You can also try any ceramide moisturizer. It will help with recovering your skin which will prevent new breakouts or any spots
