I really like the Origins Original Skin Matte Moisturizer with Willowherb.

I have combination skin, so partly oily (and those parts are quite oily) & I've had good luck lately with The Ordinary's Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. The biggest challenge is grabbing it when it's in stock. For the price, absolutely worth a try.

If you can't get your hands on that one, I also recommend Murad's Oil Control Mattifier w/ SPF 15. The sun protection factor is a nice bonus -- one less step!

Gel-based moisturizers work great for oily skin! My personal favorites are the Belif Bomb moisturizers and Caudalie's Vinosource Sorbet Cream.
