pending order...

so my order has been pending for the last 5 days and it's says it takes 1-2 business days to process but nothing yet. am I the only one this is happening too or is there something I need to do?

You can call and post this in the customer service group. During the sale and the holidays there have been delays in shipping which can be normal and sephora has apologized for it. But customer service can look into the status of your order for you.
