hi! i missed my birthday gift just this past month and i've never done that before so i was wondering if there was any way i would still be able to get it?

Visit your nearest Sephora and let them know that you were unable to redeem your birthday gift during your birthday month. They can verify on your account and are usually able to provide your birthday gift. OR, you can wait until December...Sephora usually sends a push email to those who didn't redeem during their birthday to come in and get it before the year is over. Hope this helps. 😊
