what is the best foundation for covering dark moles on your face? (i have makeup on in picture)

Try using a flat concealer synthetic brush to apply just on the darker spots after you have applied foundation.  Tap a small amount of the concealer on the spot as this will help the concealer stay in place. A synthetic brush is great to use because, it will apply the concealer smoothly.

@osnook7 Have you tried Kat Von D Lock It Foundation and Concealer? That's the highest coverage foundation that I can think of.
