anyone else have issues with preferred birthday gifts running out by the time their birthday rolls around? it’s kind of not equitable for those born in the later half of the year 😕

Agreed! Mine is 11-18 and based on the comments it looks like this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to resolve it. Clearly this birthday gift setup isn't fair to the customers with birthdays toward the end of the year but obviously it isn't a priority to Sephora. I'm a new customer, but seeing all these comments about this problem I don't have a very good impression of Sephora and how they treat their customers. I will shop elsewhere.
