Where are all the rewards?

Sheesh, I know the Spring Sale is going on but where the heck are all the rewards this month?  I'm sure Sephora planned to sell a lot during the sale so you can't blame that.  I haven't been able to get any good rewards in a while.  I would love to get something new or cool to try.  Crossing fingers for tomorrow...
