There will be travel-sized gift sets offered on Black Friday, but no additional % off discount. In the past, Sephora has sent out coupons in December for a certain dollar amount off of a $50 purchase depending on your level. BIs have traditionally received $15 off during that promotion.

There's a number of ways you can go about it.

1) Buy discounted gift cards (used gift cards that somebody else is trying to unload) and use them to save on your next purchase. You can redeem that JCP gift card at any Sephora location inside JCPenney OR (even better in my opinion) at JCPenney.com

2) Order online so you can get 3 free samples EVERY TIME you order. (and there's usually an extra 4th one if you enter a code)

3) Spend your Sephora $$$ in January. Sephora’s after-holiday sales on holiday gift sets are legit–usually an additional 40% off.

4) Every April and November Sephora holds its semi-annual sale for beauty insiders. In mid-April, expect to see 10% off for beauty insiders and 15% off for VIBs. In early-mid November, look for 15-20% off, respectively. 

5) This is just a tip but avoid the travel-sized products in the waiting line, just ask for a sample and save yourself the $15. There are exceptions but 9/10 it's not worth it.
