Unsuccessful authorization

Hi, I recently made a purchase and now it said “unsuccessful authorization” 

 

why is that? 

i just wanted to make a simple order and now it suggests that. I have given a valid card with all my details and yet it still cancels my order. I don’t even know why it cancelled. 

Is it because I am a guy thats ordering make up? Because that’s just discriminating.

 

firstly, the money have left my account by the same amount twice because of this order. i have no idea when it will be returned. 
please may you advise me on this

 

and secondly, I want a successful order to be put through.

I can’t cause I don’t reside in the US. All my items that I have ordered would be delivered to my family in the US. So unfortunately, calling would be a little challenging.
