Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hey,

I've ordered some products 3 days ago (on Thursday) and it says Unsuccessful Authorizations. I don't understand why this happened but I'm so mad about that bc probably I will not be able to find the same products again... And I didn't get any email about the problem. If I didn't check my account I wouldn't realize the problem. We bought these products with my friends credit card and I already paid her cash. I hope you are going to contact with me and so we can solve this problem. When I see so many people faced the same problem I was disappointed about Sephora... Hope to solve this problem quickly otherwise I don't think that I will ever shop from Sephora.
