Tried calling stores listed under "Find in store" but no one ever picks up!

I understand the "find in store" feature cannot be entirely accurate so I tried calling stores near me because I was looking for the Tatcha obento box that is forever out of stock online. But, no one ever picks up! And even though they have an option of leaving a voicemail, it says the voice mailbox is full! Wth. Sorry, but it's a little annoying. How can a customer even make an inquiry?!

@aznhoney That's frustrating, sometimes I sit on hold for a while, but someone eventually will pick up. Maybe you could try calling when the stores are less likely to be busy, like in the morning on a weekday?
