Agreed. I have 15k points and have found nothing to even spend them on. Even if I did I see no one is able to even collect them for whatever reason. I have noticed in these past years the quality and selection of rewards has gone WAY downhill. I have heard that there’s now talks of ULTA coming to Canada! So unless Sephora improves their points system then I will be switching for sure. Guess we can be patient for that 🙂

I have been Rouge since Rouge was in existence. Very few times over the years has this happened. Yes, THIS YEAR it has happened a lot - perhaps there is something internally going on at Sephora we aren’t privy to. Rewards are a bonus for shopping with Sephora, why not continue to collect them and save them for a really cool and more point worthy experience that I’m sure is coming our way? I’ve gotten some really neat rewards over the years. I never cash them in for anything less then 2500 points. Just saying, patience can be rewarding too.
