Tatcha Water Cream Mini

I got the Tatcha water cream mini today as part of a 100 point reward and the lid seemed a little loose and it didn't have a protective seal over it. Does anyone know if the Tatcha Water Cream Mini normally comes with a protective seal under the lid? I want to be sure it wasn't used/returned.

@TiffanyM123 - I've purchased the points version a few times, and it does not come with a jar safety seal or internal cover.

Not the current 100 pts Tatcha, but I've received both the sample/mini Water Cream and Dewy Cream and neither had a seal or protective cover. I think they come without.
