Sephora Rewards Bazaar Previews and Discussions

A thread for updates on the Rewards Bazaar, including previews of upcoming rewards and discussion regarding the upcoming rewards and questions.

New rewards are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays - usually right around 9 am PST / 12 pm EST

General information:

• The Rewards Bazaar is supposed to have new point perks released on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 5pm PST
• There is no set time for the perks to be released - we have to wait and see when they become available between 9 and 5
• However, so far the rewards have been released almost exactly around 9 am PST
  There seem to be only a few perks added at a time (each day)
• Some perks will be listed as "coming soon" and may arrive on a later date
• The newly added perks will range from 100 points to 50,000 points
  Sephora's T&C state that the larger perks (750 points +) are only available online
• The smaller 100-500 point perks are available in store, while supplies last There are limited quantities of the perks available
• We aren't sure why the rewards seem to appear on different devices/browsers at different times There may not be any "big" point perks added.
• Some days we may only see smaller 100, 250, or 500 point perks added.

Did anyone else get the Giorgio Armani lip Maestro? I know it's Armani but I'm kinda disappointed in the size. I feel like I should have just saved my 100 points.

@NinaNee I didn't get that one, but I've had similar samples the same size from Armani. What color is that?

@Samtian That's good to know. I probably will skip GA ones in the future unless it's something I really want to try. This one is in the shade 501 Casual Pink.

First day of the sale and Canada only has the Green Clean available for 100 points. Looks like I'm not going back to work any time soon, let's see if I can stalk the bazar for the $100 reward.

Not surprised. The sale code was working for me at 10pm PST(April 16) last night way before the April 17 starting time like the email states and there were only 2 point perks left at that time! I had been eyeing the Dry Bar sample and another 100 pt sample to finally cash in some points but was waiting for the Friday sale. I only figured this out because I casually entered the code to see after I noticed the bazaar was basically empty after being stocked yesterday morning! Honestly, I’m quite annoyed that once again there’s nothing to spend my points on which happens every time that I shop at Sephora now. Could we at least enter a promo code for a larger sample with the sale code then and monitor the “freebie abusers”? I’m sure you have the ability to deny people samples who are making multiple purchases just for point perks and foil packets. It’s 2020 Sephora, time to update this free sample system!

Whyyyy are rewards so bad? I miss seeing $100 reward all the time and full size products. I have nothing to do with my 4500 points, I am soooo disappointed😪

They’re beyond bad. For those 1500 points rewards, as a VIB, that means I’d have to spend $1200, yes, $1200 for extremely small samples. 

I used to get excited about rewards until I saw how much needs to be spent for tiny samples. Sephora, you can do way better than this!

I totally agree. In the higher point values it’s usually seems like there are only 10 available or less! What is the point of that? Why don’t they care?

That Tatcha Youth To The People and the other brand with 2 products in the 250-499 category looks bomb but I can’t help but to think if there minis. No point in wasting my points on that. And before anyone asks me again I’d rather prefer a SMALL size. Why waste 250-499 points on something I coulda picked in the sample section when I went to checkout.

@BeRihBe , if you click on the product previews, the description will list the sizes of each item in the reward. For example, this Youth to the People 250 point duo are comparable to the deluxe-sized samples offered with a promo code for a $25 - $35 Sephora online minimum purchase. Hope this helps you make an informed decision. 🙂
