I chatted with a customer service rep (Dominique) and asked why we can't find any new rewards lately, especially on the Canadian site. She told me: "You can find a variety of new rewards in store. Sadly, we do not add new rewards that often on our Canadian site. New rewards will get posted in the future just not every week. It more likely will be once a month".
That's pretty disappointing to hear; has anyone else heard of this new policy for the Rewards Bazaar?
Hmm I’m able to find some good rewards at the Bloor-Yonge location in Toronto. I got the Moschino mini bear fragrance for 250pts there after it was sold out online. Was surprised to find it there and very happy I did! @ncp2000 @TinisaurusRex
Just wanted to edit and add the actual quote: "New rewards will get posted in the future just not every week. It more likely will be once a month or every few months." Even more disappointing... (btw, when I expressed my disappointment, she gave me 75 rewards points... which are becoming virtually useless 🙂

Got a confirmation from Sephora FB team that the perfume is only 5ml and not the 1oz that rep over the phone told me.
Chloé 250 pts reward lands to a 1oz size when clicked from basket. I called customer service and they confirmed it is 1oz ( a little unbelievable honestly) My daughter just ordered it through her account. Now I hope kid gets a 1oz perfume and not that tiny little 0.17oz bottle.
@cangirl84 Invoice doesn’t say anything about the size either but I just received a response from Sephora Face book team. They checked with the warehouse and the size is in fact only 5ml and not 30ml/1oz that the rep told me on phone. 😏 I have requested them to cancel the order.
$50 dollar reward finally popped up after refreshing since before 12. Added to basket, went to checkout, won't let me, then tells me it's out of stock. Not impressed.
I remember back in June getting a $100 reward wasn't anything hard. I snagged one before my birthday and was pretty happy with it. Recently it seems that this reward becomes extremely elusive -- and other rewards are mediocre at best -- which makes me feel like I'm not rewarded but...punished...by my desire to get an actual reward. So I made my mind that I'm gonna get another $100 as my last one today: I started refreshing the page constantly since 8:59, and I did successfully get it. After spending this $100 which left me with several points only -- off to Ulta & a million other stores, here we go.
I've been a rouge member since 2014 when I was still in college, and finally I just can't be bothered and don't feel like it's worthy anymore. I just want a simple reward system in which I don't need to hunt for anything. It's too much & I don't want a competitive shopping experience ( ??? Doesn't it sound ridiculous??? ) anymore.

Shoppers Beauty has a lot of good brands and you don't have to compete to spend your points. The minute I can get my $100 reward, which might take years at this rate, I'm done with Sephora. As it is, I've stopped shopping with them. Do they just ignore the thousands of complaints about their 'rewards' program in the posts and on other sites?
