This is my first post, I'm pretty excited/lost?!

Rewards Bazaar-- 20000 points for NYC House of Bumble flights/hotel

Has anyone experienced these big rewards? Ive been in contact with them since I've redeemed my points (5 years of hoarding) and theres really no confirmation.. rarely emails back, I redeemed it in April/May for a trip in December.

Asked for extended trip, willing to pay on my part and was surprised they said not a problem! But I haven't heard anything back and have constantly emailed.. does anyone if they actually do reply with the trip...

I have had a super rough time as well, did you call the VIB Rouge Concierge phone number, if you get the right person it's a good way to go!!
