SCAMMED by a promise of free samples

I felt scammed by this samples. For 3 consecutive orders, I recieved nothing close to items I chose as my Free items. Why bother making your costumer choose these items if NONE of it would be delivered???! I would understand if this happen just one time but 3 consecutive orders? And 3 items promised are missing on one of my orders. That is just frustrating!
