Rouge/vib/ levels

Is the levels- rouge/VIB, etc., based on “points” or dollars? Meaning, during this sale, where it’s 2/3/4/5x the points per dollar, do we get to level up faster? If I spend enough to get to what would normally equal 1,000.00-(1,000 points) am I then at rouge?

@CynthieLu is correct! Your status is based on your year-to-date spend, not your Beauty Bank balance.

The points you earn do not change your status. The status change is from how much $$ you spend during a year. 

I wouldn't spend just too become Rouge personally. I hope this helps 🙂
