Rosacea foundation/sunscreen suggestions

Hi. I am having hormonal issues and all of a sudden I have breakouts on my forehead. I do have rosacea and have been to 2 dermatologists. They aren't helpful. My skin is drying out. I feel like I have tried every skin tint foundation, because I also wanted sunscreen. Those aren't covering the acne or marks, and you can see the dry patches. Does anyone have any recommendations for a sunscreen and foundation or a skin tint with sunscreen? Thank you!
