Points but couldn’t get what you want ?

Does anyone has the same problem with me? I have 5K+ points now... and I’be been using even with things I don’t really need... for the rewards I really want I can never get them!! Like this morning, I was willing to use 2500 points to get the $100 reward money to spend.. but never get an email for the $100 reward money and now that is out of stock..... what else can I do with those points I have? A lot of things they have I don’t like them

Same with me. I have over 3k points but there’s never anything good. Or they sell out in 5 seconds.

@lovecosmetics82 The rouge reward comes around every week at around 9 AM Pacific on Tuesdays and Thursdays so just keep an eye out. Your best bet would be to set a reminder on your phone rather than wait for an email, mine usually don't get into my inbox until way later.
