I need to cancel an order I just placed because I sent it to the wrong address!! I can’t call customer service because they are closed. Is there a way I can cancel my order online? Please help!

Hi @sinjinihey - Sorry to hear that! Because this is a time-sensitive issue, please contact us at 1-877-737-4672 if you have not already done so. Unfortunately, there is not a way to cancel your own order online at this time.

@sinjinihey I would call customer service when they open or post in the customer support thread. Otherwise when you get the tracking number you can hold it at the shipping company location’s store closest to you or ship to a different address but it may cost you.
