Package delivered to wrong address

My package delivered to wrong address!!! I am 100% sure that I have entered my actual address which I enter for my orders for quite a long time. The order confirmed, shipped, and I didn't check the address as I was sure that it will be delivered to the right address. Then it was delivered and when I looked at the delivery address I was shocked to find out that there was wrong address written. I checked my account details, and saw that that address was not even in my saved addresses list. How can this happen? I don't know how Sephora site system can enter an address which I didn't select? And now when looking at the complaints, I see that I am not alone. This site made such errors to quite a few customers as well. And Sephora advisors even are unable to help me solve my issue. Beyond that they behave indifferent when I talk about my worriness. I liked Sephora. I didn't know this site's quality is bad in terms of customer relations and problem solving. This will be my last purchase from Sephora. Bye
