Order stuck on Pre-Shipment

I placed my order on February 27th, and received notification that it has been shipped on the 1st of March and that estimated delivery was March 3rd. It is now March 4th and my package is stuck on pre shipment! I've done some research and this means that USPS hasn't received my package as yet. I've tried live chat with sephora and no one can seem to help me.
