No birthday gift email received until now.

Hi- 

 

My birthday was yesterday but i still have not received any email for my birthday gift. Iโ€™ve checked with sephora branches if i could redeem it without the email but they say that i canโ€™t and that they need the barcode in the email to scan.

@Mauigracious I've never had to provide an email to redee...

@Anonymous I've never had to provide an email to redeem my Birthday Gift. Your Birthday info is stored within your insider card, they just scan it. Whenever its the month of my bday the cashier usually gets a prompt and just tosses it in.
