Missing samples

So I just received my order but my two free samples were missing! I know they will subtitute them if the ones I picked are no longer available, but I’ve always gotten my samples 😞

Under the sample selection page they do mentioned that if the one you selected is oos they will give a substitute one. But what usually happened to me is no sample or missing sample lol

I had the same thing happened to me last week. I did not receive one of my samples that I ordered so Sephora gave me a replacement, which was completely different. I was so confused when I got the package and I had to find out myself that the sample that I wanted was sold out. They should at least tell us what is going on 😒.
