In house events

I just rsvp’d for the Too Faced in house event at my favorite Sephora. I have never been to an event before. What should I expect?

Most of the time there is just a brand ambassador there to answer questions and show you how to use various items form that brand.  Sometimes there will be a small GWP.  I just haven't found them to be worth going out of my way for unless I had very specific questions about an item.
