I am sorry, but during the Holiday's Sephora needs to reevaluate their return policy.

Sephora needs to at least change their return policy during the Holiday's!!  I have spent a lot of money at Sephora every year for a decade, I am ROUGE!!  Come 2023 I will loose my status as I will not be shopping at Sephora!!  I buy things for my girls every year at Sephora and the discount helps to buy Christmas gifts such as Dyson Hair Dryers, Dyson Straighteners, suitcases filled with Drunk Elephant etc., but now we are given the discount from Oct 28- Nov 7th.  So now the items have to be returned by Nov 29 -Dec 8th or I can no longer return the item back to my card, I will only get a store credit. I get the discount twice a year and Sephora decides to give the discount between those dates?!!  Basically if I bought the discounted items for someone for Christmas you are out of luck for returning for credit to visa/amex, and now unless you return it by Dec 29-Jan 8th to get store credit or you can't return it all. I don't know about any of you, but the malls are crazy right after Christmas, I wait for a few weeks for things to die down before I go.  For now on it will be Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's, or I will buy direct from Manufacturer like Dyson.

Kat Von D, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Bite, Fenty, Ole Henriksen, the Sephora brand? Owned by LVMH, which also owns the Sephora stores.

Clinique, Too Faced, Bobbi Brown, Becca, MAC, Estee Lauder, Tom Ford, GlamGlow, Smashbox? Owned by Estee Lauder. 

A little strange that places like Nordstroms and Macy's sell these name brand products and their return polices are way better than Sephora.  I wonder why????  It seems like these owners don't care about the consumers and don't back their products!!!

Next time consider buying a different brand than the ones listed above.
