I am so confused on the point system

I am so confused why there is a negative balance on my account its -900 and something points. I had no idea they deduct points after every class you attend..this is truly disappointing. I am not happy about this at all..

@lena23zb The last time the online classes were free were back in 2020 during the Pandemic.  They changed that in 2021 where the classes are charged with your points.  When you signed up for the classes it should have told you that.

@lena23zb Digital events are not free, they haven’t been for a couple of years now. Each event now costs a certain number of points, but the amount is always clearly stated on the events page, and the points will not be deducted until the event has occurred. 

Here’s an example for an upcoming event:
