Failed Rewards Program

I will be dropping Sephora. I’m offended by their Rewards program most of all. I have been trying for 4/5 months every Tu/ Th @12pm (9am PST), to score a $100. GC. Today I finally saw the $100. G C , I put it in my basket and the points were deducted, then they FROZE MY CART!!! THIS HAPPENS All THE TIME. I CALL CS THEY Were NO HELP! I can’t even begin to explain how many times this has happened. Funny, my cart never freezes when I’m spending $$$...Spoke to three CS reps today, what a waste of time!
