FREE SAMPLE WYA?!

hey um I just got my package and my order confirmation said I ordered 2 free samples because I did and they didnt show up. how do I get them or do I just never get them???

Unfortunately, it's a very common occurrence for Sephora to leave samples out of orders. I'd recommend contacting customer service by either calling or posting in the Customer Support Group. They won't replace your missing samples, but they should give you a few points for the error.

thanks I decided to contact customer service already and they refunded me with 100 insider points in replace of the samples so it worked out
