FOMO birthday gifts from Sephora

Have you ever completely forgot about the birthday gifts you receive from Sephora?! Only to remember when it's too late to get the gifts?! I have been signed up since my first visit to Sephora in 2015 and have forgotten about my birthday gifts each year! 😭 No other's fault but my own. I was unaware my account was signed up to an old email account. I have now updated my account but since my birthday just passed I will be dealing with FOMO until my next birthday!! Has this happened to anyone else?!

I've never had a problem going in store and asking for my birthday gift late.  I believe it shows up in their system if you've redeemed for it.  Just go into a Sephora and explain that you missed your birthday with them:) @Anonymous

Thanks!! I never tried before since it says "only in your birth month" (mine is July) How late were you from your birthday?
