Eyeliner for mature skin

I am looking for waterproof eyeliner, every time I use an eyeliner by the end of the night it's all under my eyes. Even if I use waterproof.  Please help.

I'm nearly 40, so I get your dilemma! As a someone who works multiple jobs, my makeup usually has to last from 10am to nearly midnight and I've had great luck with gel eyeliners (I prefer the kind applied with a brush, i.e., Stella Smudge Pots), set with eyeshadow. Stays put and kind of a pain to take off (in a good way). Good luck!

I highly recommend Marc Jacobs gel liners, they don’t budge. I wear contact lenses and I can always rely on MJ liner to stay in place even under my eyes.

for wings i would suggest kat von d tattoo liner and for water line i would say marc jacobs- the only thing about the marc jacobs one is that it doesn't last as long as i would like it to in my waterline
