Dispenser for Foundation

Does anyone know of a product for dispensing foundation (liquid) that is independent and let’s you insert your favorite brand and not self-contained, yet acts like a concealer pen brush, yet on a bigger level? I know I’ve seen them...I just can’t find find one.
